SHIPPING

Gotstyleq8 will pack and ship all orders within 2-3 business days from the time the order was placed. International orders paid through money transfer companies or bank transfers will be shipped upon reciept of payment. Our business days are Sunday - Thursday not including holidays. If you wish to have your items shipped earlier, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request.

For Local Delivery:  A charge of KD 2/- will be added to your payment as delivery charges. Full amount to be paid upon delivery.

For International shipping:  A flat shipping cost of KD 10/- will be added to your invoice for shipments to the US or to the UK irrespective of the package weight.  A flat shipping cost of KD 6/- will be added to all other destinations. It will show during your checkout process before reaching the payment options.

 PAYMENT

We accept payments through:

- Cash on Delivery (For local delivery only)

- Bank Transfers

- Money Transfer Companies (Western Union, MoneyGram)

All payments will be charged in KD (Kuwaiti Dinars). For your convenience, a Currency converter is provided on item and payment pages so you can view approximate currency conversions to major currencies.

RETURNS

If the item you received is not what you were expecting, simply return the items in their original, unused condition for an exchange or refund - less shipping cost. Items must include tags and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in their original form.

Local Returns: Please e-mail us at returns@gotstyleq8.com to inform us that you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund within 5 days and we will send instructions on how to return the item. No extra delivery or pickup cost will be charged on returned or exchanged items.

International Returns: Please e-mail us at returns@gotstyleq8.com to inform us that you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund within 10 days and we will send instructions on how to return the items. Customer will incur the cost of returning and shipping of new items and must include the original receipt.
