Why are your items priced at a discount?
We sell two types of items
1) Gently used items and new items from past seasons - sold at low prices
2) New items from the current season that we bought at whole sale or bulk prices - sold at competitive prices
Are your items genuine?
We sell only genuine items. We do not carry any fake handbags, accessories or clothing.
What is the condition of the used items?
We take pride in our items, hence the condition of our used items are excellent and most of the items have been used once or twice. We refuse to sell any items that have any rips, stains or generally worn out.
How long can I keep items in the shopping cart?
If you have logged in then you can keep the items for one day. If you have not logged in, then the items will be emptied out from your shopping cart by the end of the session.
What if I need more information on the item, e.g. size, length, more photos?
Please contact us for any information that you might need and we will be happy to assisst as soon as possible.
I have forgotten my password, how can I sign in?

Can I order by phone or fax?
No, In the meantime you can only order online. We will soon establish a line for ordering and and inquiring.
